YONSEI AND YILI PACT SIGNED

Yonsei University signs a strategic cooperation pact with Yili Group, a diary product market leader in China.  The deal will involve a joint effort to promote premium quality milk made by Yonsei in China, with a transaction value of approximately 350 million United States dollars over the next ten years.

Yonsei University was advised by FuJae Partners in this transaction.  The FuJae team, led by Richard Yao, has worked with Yonsei University project team for almost twelve months on this deal.  The deal is the single biggest diary product transaction that involves a Korea based diary product maker.

Yonsei University (연세대학교 or 延世大學校) is a private research university in Seoul, Korea, and is considered the most prestigious in the country. Yonsei was established in 1885 and is one of the oldest universities in Korea.

Yili Group is the largest dairy producer based in Inner Mongolia, China, and has a revenue of over 60 billion RMB Yuan in 2015.
