Overview

Ms. Xu has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of Chinese competition law. She advises across a broad range of industries, including semiconductors and other high-technology sectors, as well as energy, pharmaceuticals, TMT, consumer products, automobiles, manufacturing, luxury goods, essential facilities, and public utilities.

Prior to joining FuJae, Ms. Xu was an Antitrust Partner at a leading international law firm. She also served as an official with the Competition and Consumer Policy Branch of the United Nations.

Ms. Xu contributed to the drafting of the Opinions on Establishing a Fair Competition Review Mechanism. She was the principal drafter of the Guidelines for Antitrust Compliance of Market Operators and the National Standard for Fair Competition Compliance Management of Market Operators(GB/T45205-2024).
