Guiding Cases issued by the Supreme People’s Court of the PRC (SPC)
On July 30, 2021, the Supreme People’s Court of the PRC (SPC) issued six guiding cases. Five of the guiding cases are on intellectual property rights and one on false advertising (but also IP related).
New Rules on the Repair, Replacement, and Return of Automotive to be effective on January 1, 2022
The Provisions expand the scope of the three-guarantee policy to include special components of new energy vehicles such as power batteries and drive motors, and added the replacement and return policy for pollution control device of traditional vehicles under certain circumstances.
